In owners' own words

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited; the blend air door is broken. Therefore, only cold air blows out of the passenger side of the car, including the defroster. Keeping the car defrosted in certain winter conditions is difficult and dangerous. This is an ongoing problem and based on two Jeep dealers that I have talked to (and various internet sites), this is a common problem and extremely expensive to repair. I left my vehicle parked to go shopping, but upon arrival back to the vehicle I saw that my passenger side front window was halfway down. Upon further investigation I realized that what was wrong with my window had happened only 6 months earlier to the drivers side front window. The regulator or wire malfunctioned/snapped. I am having to pay to fix something that shouldn't just happen to both windows. Visibility
