In owners' own words

The brakes are very hard to press at low speed more so after I have pressed them a couple times or more while in motion in stop and go traffic . I had a recall for this about a year ago and took it to the dealer to have it fixed but just started experiencing this problem within the last couple of months. Very scary to not have power brakes all of a sudden! The recall obviously does not fix the problem!! Service brakes · reported at 78,000 miles
When attempting to stop at low speeds, experiencing little to no brake pressure in drive and reverse. This is the third occurrance since nov 2018. Symptoms include stiff brake pedal and audible click upon resuming motion and thump felt in brake pedal followed by significantly reduced braking ability. Narrowly avoided three collisions on commute to work this morning in normal traffic conditions. Service brakes · reported at 39,910 miles
I'm having problems with my low speed braking. When I am breaking at low speed such as at a stop sign or parking, it's like the pedal stops working, gets stiff, and I have to brake very hard to get it to work. This is of great concern to me as a safety hazard. Unable to stop in a parking structure or at a stop sign/signal can be fatal and this needs to be addressed and dealt with immediately.
