During the cold winter months in nyc the vehicle failed to start after a few attempts it did actually start. The rear door latch opens but the door doesn't actually open so I need to get out and open the door and close it to remove the door open symbol on my dashoboard. Then the door will do the same thing 3 or 4 times in a row. Also the real glass window doesnt open, but then will open on its own for no reason. Electrical system · reported at 26,000 miles
