In owners' own words
Rear Differential. It is available for inspection. Problem confirmed by 3 auto establishments. AAA, Jeep Auto Nation Dealership and John's Auto Care. Jeep dealer confirmed problem 7/10/23 and will order new parts. It was first discovered @ oil & filter change at AAA. I wanted the dealership to examine problem and confirm. Also, I had a third inspection to verify damage. Please see the attached verifications. Power train
Vehicle is unsafe to drive. Transmission doesn't not function properly. Dealer is unwilling to help. I have taken it in multiple times for software updates and for check ups. There are harsh shifts, wobbles , delayed reaction when gas pedal applied. Jeep has advised there is no fix. When making a turn , and gas is applied, nothing happens. Causing to sit in the middle of on coming traffic. Extremely jerky . Unsafe Power train
My malfunction indicator light came on and I noticed that the car was not shifting properly and that when it shifted it was doing so at about 4 to 5k rpms. I took the car to Jeep to have it repaired. Jeep stated that all has been fixed to date but the car is still not shifting properly. In addition my car gets every service at Jeep and my car only has about 22k on it so to have issues already is very concerning. Power train
