The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Takata "recall" heat and humidity magnify the problem. This truck has been in florida since it's build. We are ground zero for heat and humidity. I've been applying for this recall for a very long time with no results. This delay tactic might lower the cost associated with recall, at the expense of ownership health and well-being.
