In owners' own words
When traveling to multiple destinations, upon attempting to start the van, it will not start. This is also the case with the auto start/stop program. The van's engine will stop at dangerous locations, such as a busy traffic light, or at any other stop where the engine turns off. There were no warning lights, but the van would only start if tried multiple times. This is incredibly dangerous and nerve-wracking. Engine
When stopped at a red light today, our minivan's Auto Idle Stop (AIS) system stopped the engine with the brakes depressed (as advertised). Once the light turned green, the driver released the brake to re-engage the motor, but the starter did no restart the minivan and a battery light flashed on. The start button had to be pressed several (~4) times to get the motor to restart and to turn the battery light off. Engine
This car has on multiple occasions now just turned off the Enginee when stop at a stop light and the Enginee idle feature is on. It makes you restart the car when you are trying to go from a stop light this is dangerous and causes angry driver behind you. I took my one year old car to the Honda dealership and they said they couldnât help. This is a safety issue. Itâs happening more and more frequently Engine
