The transmission failed, yes itâs available for inspection. The car stopped while I was driving putting my life at risk to get into a crash with other vehicles. Yes itâs been confirmed by an independent auto shop. It has not been inspected by manufacturer, police or insurance. Insurance says itâs not covered so they didnât give it the time of day to inspect. No warnings that I knew of. Power train
I bought my 2022 ford edge (AWD Titanium) last year and not too long after that I experienced transmission shudder. I recently spoke with a technician about this and he had mentioned that other ford edges are having the same issue as mine to the point that ford has issued a TSB on this subject. I'm sure i don't need to state the danger of the possibility of my transmission going out on the road. Power train
