The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Takata recall, started getting recall notices since april 2016. Attempted to make a repair appointment starting on nov 8 2016, case # 05210626, it has been 60 days since I first tried to make an appointment and about 8 months since I received warning the airbags were bad and Honda has not been able to remedy the issue of me driving my car with potentially unsafe airbags.
