The contact owns a 2004 Ford Excursion. The fuel injection control module failed, which caused the engine to stall without warning. The manufacturer was notified, and he was advised that he vehicle identification number was excluded from recall #05v270000 (electrical system:wiring). He was not eligible for a free remedy. Vehicle would stall while driving and surge while stopped. This happened due to the wiring harness being burned and the fuel injection control modulator wiring harness as well as the icp sensor has to be replaced. This is a recall issue for my year and make but not my vin. The mechanics said it will happen again, it is not safe to drive with this risk. Electrical system · reported at 150,000 miles
